Unlike many 'light' wines that are 'designed' in the cellar, Montino is naturally low in alcohol and low in kilojoules. Following a strict policy of 'nothing added, nothing taken away', grapes are picked green with less natural sugar and naturally lower kilojoules.The range – which is endorsed by the Heart and Stroke Foundation – consists of an enormously popular petillant natural light white and a petillant natural sweet rosé.
